At just 23 years of age, Ben Adams has already amassed quite an impressive portfolio of work. Coming from the more traditional mediums of paint and fine arts, Ben has made the transition to photography with ease and one would have to say this young artist has now well and truly found his place.

Beginning in landscape photography under the gifted eye of local Newcastle great Geoff Woods, it didn’t take Ben long to develop his unique style. Bens staggering body of Landscape photography pays testament to his patience, dedication and impeccable timing. The feel this young artist has for proportion and image composition is as natural as it comes, but its his colour treatment that really sets Ben’s work apart. Ben’s subtle hues and vivid colourscapes somehow manage to put a depth of feeling and mood into his work that defy his young age.

In more recent times Ben has worked extensively with another talented Newcastle local Jake Thomas, broadening his experience into weddings, studio and commercial photography. With new business plans and overseas trips in the pipeline, the future is surely looking bright for this exciting young photographer.
